*Role Overview:* The On-Site Cleaner at Abbey Road Farm is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the entire 82-acre property, including various buildings such as the tasting room, event space, commercial kitchens, restrooms, meeting spaces, and the bed & breakfast.
This role is integral in upholding the farm's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*

*Cleaning and Sanitation:*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks across multiple buildings and areas, ensuring they meet established standards.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, tasting rooms, meeting spaces, and guest accommodations thoroughly and efficiently.
* Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other general cleaning duties as required.

*Property Maintenance:*
* Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas such as walkways, parking lots, and common spaces on the property.
* Proper disposal of trash and recycling, ensuring waste management protocols are followed.

*Inventory and Supplies:*
* Monitor cleaning supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.
* Safely handle and use cleaning products and equipment following established safety guidelines.

*Compliance and Reporting:*
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
* Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the relevant authorities.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning preferred.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
* Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and carrying.
