Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender/ server to join our team.
As a Bartender/server , you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and operate the cash register
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Assist with catering events or special functions as required
- Take customer food order and provide high level food tabqle service.
- Know the menu and up-sell products
- interact with BOH to ensure timely accurate food preparation and efficiency.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology trends
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell products and promote specials
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management purposes
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong food handling and table service.
