Bartender

Bartender Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment Skills: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and making change We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
