*Description:* As a Member Service Representative you must be reliable, honest and attentive to detail.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities* * Demonstrate the value of Member service Representative by attending to all the members needs and provide an outstanding experience for new and existing members.
* Make our clubs easy to use by guiding and educating members and clients on any questions they may have on exercise or fitness equipment.
* Motivate and inspire members when they arrive.
* Follow protocol provided to ensure the success of the health club *Physical Requirements:* * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
* Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking This position description intends to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
