FedEx Ground delivery business is now hiring full time, package delivery drivers.
*These routes dispatch from the Salem, Oregon FedEx terminal.

Applicant must have a friendly, personable attitude.
Applicant must be dependable, energetic, self-motivated, honest, safety conscious, and able to handle the physical nature of the job.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Non-negotiable) Please do not apply unless you have the following:*
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Clean criminal history
-Driving record must be current, within the last two weeks.
*-Clean driving record for the past five years, (No DUI/DWI or Reckless driving violations)*
-Must possess or be able to obtain a current medical examiner's certificate and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and road test.
*-Preferred : Must have a minimum of six months of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last five years.
*(this means operating a motor vehicle of any size on behalf of your employer.
)
-Must have a high school diploma or GED
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
and maneuver heavier with a hand truck.
-Must be able to provide valid names, addresses, and phone numbers of previous employers.
-Reading skills required.
Using GPS on scanners or mobile phones.
-Ability to follow directions, map reading and general ability to find delivery addresses.
-Must maintain positive customer service attitude and courteous working relationships with staff, and members of the public.
-Proven ability to work in a safe, accurate, timely and efficient manner.
-Must be a team player.
-Punctual and Reliable
-Must be able to work independently
