Hot Shot Delivery Driver

This is a great opportunity for those who seek to obtain a CDL, as our company will pay for the licensing program after two years of employment! ```Duties``` - Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle - Load and unload hot shot trailer - Follow a predetermined route or use navigation tools to reach destinations in a timely manner - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving ```Requirements``` - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks as required - Knowledge of local roads and routes is an asset - Forklift certification is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
