I have a variety of home audio equipment for sale: ----------- NHT SuperTwo floor standing (tower) speakers and a pair of SuperOne XU bookshelf speakers.
They're in as close to mint condition as you'll find for ~20 year old speakers.
(Non-smoking household, no pets, children, etc.
) Asking $225 for the SuperTwo's and $140 for the SuperOne's, or $340 for both.
(I also have a black set of SuperOne XU's in the same excellent condition, pictures not yet added.
Similar price to above, and could be bundled with the white One's and/or Two's.
) The Super series was known as one of the best bargains in home audio when it was released, and it's an even better deal now at used prices.
I'm selling only because I upgraded to speakers that could handle more power.
The SuperTwo's are gloss black and include the original box.
The SuperOne's are the indoor/outdoor version (that's what the XU represents) in white, and they include the rubber stands (for ease of angling them down, and for eliminating vibrations) and owner's manual.
These are the original US-made series, not the later ones which were made in China.
SuperTwo: 35Hz - 25Hz, 25-175W, 39" H x 7.
25" W x 10" D, 39 lbs ea, 3-way vented design with 6.
5" long-throw subwoofer, 6.
5" midwoofer, 1" fluid-cooled soft dome tweeter, upper drivers video shielded.
SuperOne: 57Hz - 25KHz, 25-150W, 11.
7" H x 7.
3" W x 7.
5" D, 7.
7 lbs ea, 2-way 7.
4 liter acoustic suspension design, 6.
5" long-throw woofer, 1" fluid-cooled soft dome tweeter, video shielded drivers.
I can hook them up for you to demo before purchase.

html ----------- Three (3x) Carver M-1.
0t vintage magnetic field amplifiers.
I've owned them for 20+ trouble-free years and am only selling because I upgraded to amps costing twice as much.
.
.
for a marginal improvement.
Asking $550 ea.
They're all in similarly excellent cosmetic and functional condition.
I've used them almost exclusively for home theater, meaning they have far fewer hours on them than amps used for regular music listening.
I opened up each of the three, and all the capacitors looked great, as would be expected of the clean performance level.
The M-1.
0t is very conservatively rated at 200 watts/channel @ 8 ohms (400 W/ch into 4 ohms), but supposedly bench tests at ~340 watts/ch (within 10W of the higher priced M-1.
5t).
These are all the non-inverting variety, meaning they have the stereo/mono switch on the back and can be bridged (1,000W @ 8 ohms).
If you're not familiar with the story of the M-1.
0t, there's lots of info out there if you care to research it.
Here are a couple blurbs on the backstory and what makes it such a special performer: "Many years ago, Bob Carver challenged the Stereophile Magazine that, given enough time to modify the amplifier, he can make his M-1.
0t amplifier sound like any ultra high-end amplifier.
The Stereophile Magazine took the challenge.
Initially, they did not reveal the identity of the high-end amplifier, but later on after the test, they announced that the amplifier was the very expensive Conrad-Johnson Premier Four stereo amp.
" "The M-1.
0t has to be one of the most under-rated amplifiers of all time.
It’s rumored that this was done to fit the m-1.
0t in the model line (0.
5, 1.
0, 1.
5 and 4.
0).
It’s also suggested that it was rated at 200W to match the Conrad Johnson Premier V rating (the $12,000 tube amplifier it was transfer function modified to sound like).
This is the amp that won the famous Stereophile Magazine Carver amplifier challenge.
" Here is a detailed write-up of The Challenge: https://www.
stereophile.
com/content/carver-challenge The one negative you'll run across is the M-1.
0t's shut-off "thump," which some say can be bad enough to damage speakers.
I turn the volume down a bit (so it powers back up at a non-startling level) and Mute the pre/pro before shutdown, which greatly minimizes the thump.
As such, I've never had an issue with it.
It can also be addressed with the MkII upgrades which can be found online.
----------- Atlantic speaker stands for satellite speakers or small bookshelf speakers.
$20.
The telescoping stands adjust from 27" to 45" in overall height.
The speaker platforms are 2.
75"x2.
75".
----------- Onkyo HT-R410 5.
1 ch receiver, $30.
(Picture coming soon.
) No remote.
----------- Pioneer component tape deck, model CT-S55R.
Free with any of the above purchases.
It worked fine last I used it many years ago, but the cosmetics aren't great with a front faceplate that is a bit wonky.
----------- Misc.
cables; more than pictured.
I have lots of old/extra Audio and A/V RCA (component and composite), s-video, and some HDMI.
Let me know if you're looking for something specific.
