We invite you to learn more about our wonderful community: There’s something about Salem, Oregon! Your Role With Us: We are seeking a strong recruitment leader to join our team as the Supervisor of Provider Recruitment.
Under direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll execute on recruitment initiatives, helping to meet our hiring needs.
Your role involves ensuring team efficiency, accuracy, and performance through strategic problem-solving.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will implement recruitment strategies, address escalations, and analyze trends to enhance program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: · Oversee the daily workflow of the provider recruitment team, ensuring consistent application of standard works, adherence to organizational policies, and effective system utilization.
· Act as the first point of contact for our vendor relationships, fostering collaboration and communication to meet organizational objectives.
· Utilize internal metrics and external market data to inform decisions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Lead, develop, and coach the team in skill enhancement, fostering cooperative workflows and ensuring seamless service excellence.
· Identify and implement best practices for talent sourcing while proactively responding to industry and organizational trends impacting provider recruitment.
· Evaluate and enhance internal auditing methods to maintain performance standards, ensuring proactive compliance and regulatory readiness.
· Monitor the quality assurance pre-employment process for compliance, identifying gaps and partnering with applicable parties to resolve.
· Monitor the Community Recruitment program, ensuring processes are in place to support community needs.
· Ensure adequate staffing of the provider recruitment team to meet operational needs, providing routine feedback to direct reports and processing bi-monthly payroll.

Background/Expertise: · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of three years supporting multiple business functions required.
· Experience in key metrics and KPIs for informed decision-making required.
· Program oversight experience along with direct supervisory responsibility preferred.
· Experience in developing recruitment strategies preferred.
· Experience with Lean tools and leading process improvement activities is preferred.
· Knowledge of HR/employment rules, laws, and regulations with practical application in a healthcare environment.
· Strategic thinker with a coaching mindset, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.
