Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of merchandise
- Train and onboard new employees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and calls
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competition
- Administrative skills for record keeping, scheduling, and reporting
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized store environment
