This room is completely furnished with small fridge and an area to heat food up.
Very nice space.

We are looking for a neat clean and quiet person with absolutely no drama.
Prefer non drinking tenant.
Absolutely no drunks! Owners are an older couple that are quiet and nice Christian people that stay to themselves and minds their own business.
We have a house dog and a cat.
They are friendly when you get to know them.
Dog does get excited and barks at times.
We do our best to keep her quiet.
Rent is $650 per month and includes all utilities, wi-fi and garbage.
There is a $100 deposit and the first months rent.
