$950 / 1br - Private room and bathroom for rent (Jefferson)

We have a 2400sq ft boom, 5 bedroom 4 bathroom.
It is myself, a stay at home mom to a 5 month old, the baby and my fiancé.
One of the rooms has an entrance from the garage through the utility room, it has its own bathroom.
It also has a separate door that leads to the back yard.
We are looking to rent to the right person.
Preferably someone who keeps to themselves, just as being new parents with a baby we just have a lot going on as you can imagine.
And someone who doesn’t have a lot of company.
It’s fine to have a guest over in your space now and again, but not as a consistent thing.
I apologize the current roommate is a little messy and that’s the only pictures I have of the room.
The room has a nice comfortable bed and dresser in it, as well as a tv on the wall, but we can remove them if you prefer.
The house is 5 minutes off of i5 just over the bridge when you enter Jefferson.
