The house has four bedrooms and must always have four occupants for the purposes of rent, the other three male roommates either work full-time or go to Willamette University (m ages 21 to 24) and divide rent and utility expenses.
In addition to the room, you will have access to the kitchen with all of the amenities, as well as a washer and dryer.
The house also has a communal garden and a makeshift gym in the garage.
We're mainly looking for someone who is willing to commit to at least 6 months and of a similar age who's looking to rent to either finish college or has a job, but overall everyone is very chill and gets along well.
We prefer to keep a clean house and expect everyone to clean up after themselves.
The cost per month is $497 in rent with utilities (gas, electricity, garbage, internet, trash) totaling $640, the lease is month by month and merely paid to one roommate via Venmo or cash.
A $640 security deposit is due after a property management background check too the previous roommate.
When you move out, that $640 security deposit will be returned to you by your replacing roommate after you move out.
