$500 looking for female room-mate in Tacoma (Tacoma)

Hi and hello… I have an awesome home here in Tacoma and am looking to share it with a female room-mate.
I’m a 47 year old male who loves life, has a great attitude, and gets along with everyone.
I go running nearly every day around here, write a lot at nearby parks, and love the history of this region.
My apartment is south of downtown and its a one bedroom, which you will be sharing with me, hence the cheap rent mentioned.
So basically, I’m looking for something close to a house-wife who can afford to take care of herself and let me pay the bills.
I have a year’s lease here and would love to share this place with someone awesome.
