Roommate wanted! Sober Christian female who loves plants and has a small adorable older dog is seeking one roommate to share my beautiful two bedroom one bathroom apartment on a non-smoking property.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The room is furnished with a full size bed and is 11x13.
There is lots of storage space in this unit.
Please be drug and alcohol free, non-smoking, able to show proof of long-term employment, no additional pets, limited visitors, and willing to be on friendly terms with me.
The complex has a pool and small gym room, and is centrally located in South Salem minutes away from Minto Brown Island Park.
Parking here is terrible so you will most likely have to park a bit away and walk every day unless you can secure a visitor spot.
I am most concerned with finding someone who is the right fit.

Rent is $780/month plus half of utilities.
The lease is up at the end of July but we can renew if we live well together.
You will also need to provide a one month deposit in addition to your first month's rent.
