Female only room available (salem )

Hello, I am offering a furnished bedroom in a 2bedroom townhouse.
The room has a twin XL bed that is similar to a hospital bed (the top portion can be moved by a controller).
There is a TV mounted to the wall and a closet.
The upstairs washroom, the kitchen, and laundry room will be shared.
I am a working parent, who has a school age child and a teenage son who does distance education.
I am looking for a responsible young adult, who is either a student, working or both.
We are a fairly quiet household.
