It comes with a very comfy queen sized bed, only yrs old.
Smart TV, microwave, WIFI, 5 drawer dresser, large closet.
You will have use of the main bathroom (pretty much only your use).
Our home is 2500 sf, single level on an acre, close in, easy access to Hwy 22 or I5, public transportation nearby along with shopping and eateries.
No pets as we have 1 indoor cat and small dogs-you must enjoy pets.
No drug or Tabaco usage-marijuana is ok outside only.
We are looking for one (1) person only-no couples.
Please be a clean, respectable, trustworthy person.
Must pass a background check.
Proof of income.
3 month min stay.
First and last month due upon move in.
