We are looking for someone that’s in their mid 20s early 30s who is not allergic to dogs or bunnies.
Absolutely no cats or other pets please.
Must have a job and willing to help with household chores.
We are a family and we do things as a family.
The space is a living room / dining room combo but it is entirely yours.
We are down to earth people.
420/710 friendly that is a must!!! It’s a non smoking property.
We don’t do parties and expect the same from you.
We don’t mind having people over, we would like at least 24hr notice.
We don’t have many rules but the rules we have MUST be adhered to.
Other wise, we are very chill and mostly happy go lucky.
