Hello! My name is Wyatt (he/him).
I am a 32 year old legally blind man living in an apartment in NE Salem, just about half a mile from Chemeketa's campus and extremely close to a bus stop.
I have a clean criminal background, am responsible, do not smoke or use any drugs and only very rarely drink alcohol but I am 420 friendly.
My current roommate has sadly decided to move out in the end of March, and I am looking for a replacement.
She has been a wonderful roommate as well as friend and I'm hoping that I can find something similar in a new roommate!
I have recently finished a program at Chemeketa Community College and am looking for work while subsisting on Social Security payments, and would like to have a roommate to help share the load of expenses and hopefully make friends.
I am a very quiet person who mostly stays in my room if I'm not visiting my family in South Salem.
I think I get along with people of all backgrounds extremely well.
The apartment is fairly standard.
Ground level, clean, quiet, full kitchen, full bathroom, patio.
We do have a washer and dryer in-unit (I LOVE that part) and the only utility is electricity.
Bills would end up being rent (~$600) + half of electric (varies) + half of the internet bill (~$45).
This apartment does allow for pets such as cats and dogs (I believe there's a required pet deposit and pet rent); I love animals! I've also got excellent internet/wifi.
Assigned covered parking.
I don't I have enough room to take on couples or children, sorry.
Please be aware that because of my disability I am going to be very careful and selective in this process, and my current roommate is actually helping me with the endeavor.
