Hello, I’m renting a room that will be available May 1st.
$650/month utilities included- $600 deposit.
Off Market ST and Lancaster Dr (It is gated) Preferably a female.
No pets, No smoking of any kind.
About me: 27 year female work Full time & some weekends, I enjoy reading, outdoors & staying in most of the time.
I don’t party or have many people over it’s very rare when I do.
I want someone responsible, can pick up after themselves, have a job.
