It’s a really great place to live- both the house itself , our roommates, and the neighborhood are amazing.
The Room: -massive room -2nd floor -southwest facing -4 windows and lots of natural sunlight.
-Fully furnished.
(see pictures) The House: -near 15th and Court st -very large and spacious -super convenient location - walk to downtown/capitol/hospital/Willamette -on a very wide residential street, no through traffic- lots of parking -1 gig fiber (wifi + ethernet to each room) -pretty much close to everywhere (walk/bike/drive) -monthly house dinners and occasional game nights (like card/board games) -not a party house -kitchen comes with basically everything you need.
Who we are: -students/young professionals -very respectful of each other -clean -quiet -get along well with each other but we generally have our own things going on What we are looking for in a potential roommate: -friendly -responsible -keeps common areas clean -someone who thinks they’ll fit in (outgoing/extrovert/introvert—it all works well :) ) -absolutely no smokers or drug users of any kind (hard rule) Background check required.
We have 2 small purse size dogs but we don’t want any additional pets sorry.
