I have a room for rent , move in may first .
the room has an open closet and wooded flooring.
The monthly rent is 650 including utilities.
the house has washer and dryer, shared bathroom and kitchen.
there is a deposit of 650 so the first moth will be 1,300.
I been renting rooms for 3 years now and my tenants always get their deposit back.
The room is only for one person.
the house is quiet in a nice neighborhood with street parking.
