We have been through a few bad tenants and are simply looking for a good and honest person who pays their rent on time, respects others, the house rules and our home.
We currently have a 72-year-old female renting one of the two rooms who is a very nice and honest person.
We have enjoyed getting to know her and respect her privacy at all times.
Rent Includes: one unfurnished room, semi-private bathroom shared with our other tenant, use of the laundry room (just bring your own supplies), use of the kitchen (just clean up after yourself) and a shared refrigerator/freezer for your groceries.
There is a sitting area with a tv that you may use.
Our current tenant loves this little sitting area which is separate from our living room.
Utilities are also included (water/sewer, trash/recycle, gas/electric and wi-fi).
Month to month lease.
Rent due on the 1st of each month.
Plenty of parking around our house.
Large outdoor porch and a duck pond nearby.
Swimming pool in the summer.

If you want the room held for you beyond a few days, there is a hold fee of $500.
If you fail to move in after we have held the room for you and bypassed other possible tenants, the money is not refundable.
If you do move
in, the $500 goes towards your first month of rent.
We are LBGTQ+ and 420 (Cannabis) Friendly.
We do smoke cannabis in the house and ask that you be ok with that.
House rules:
No cigarettes or hard drugs.
No pets.
No loud music or noise.
